Prefabricated advertising structures are located in the exhibition hall. The height and depth of all structures are the same. The price of the design depends on the width of the advertising field.

How to order the advertising construction for your company:

Select size
Choose the design size based on pricing parameters and your needs

Location
Select the location of the construction based on the free spaces marked on the plan above.
Each location has parameters (possible length) for installing all structures in a given location

Request to the directorate
Send a written request to fair@apkor.ru.
The manager will check in real time the available seats and configuration in the LOCATION you specified

Confirmation
After the manager confirms the possibility of accommodation, the place is placed in reserve and the company is invoiced

Manufacturing
After paying the invoice, the manager sends you the technical specifications for making a layout indicating all the parameters (open corners, etc.)

Sending a layout
Before January 17, 2025, you need to send the finished banner layout to the above email address.
Attention: after January 20, the contractor does not guarantee timely production of the construction

Installation of the structure at the exhibition
Until February 10, 2025, the construction is placed at the specified location.
Attention!!! Changing a previously approved location is not possible!
