Types of standard stands
Before planning your stand, look at the examples of our exhibitors

Typical building without additional equipment. 382 display table, chairs, carpet. The exhibitor's equipment is suspended on hooks and fishing line

What is prohibited on the standard stand
Before planning your stand, read this list carefully. There are also tips on how to avoid these incidents:
You cannot glue any surfaces of the stand by yourself, use any kind of adhesive tape, bring and paste Oracal film and its types on the stand.
How to get out of the situation?
- You can order pasting in the stand of Skrepka Expo
- You can print the film by yourself but order gluing in the stand of Skrepka Expo
- Or you can use a film that is held on static
The clause about the prohibition of self-pasting is contained in the contract. The violation provides for a penalty of 300% of the cost of the pasted equipment. During the exhibition, the regulatory authorities of Timiryazev take place, photograph violations and draw up an act of equipment damage. The report will be presented to your employee and an invoice will be issued.

It is forbidden to place or mount MOBILE STANDS with electrical networks, any exhibition equipment and structures that are not exhibits of the exhibitor within the standard stand. Otherwise, this installation is considered as an independent building by the Exhibitor of the exhibition area and is subject to agreement with the technical department of the general developer is the company «Artcapital» on a paid basis.
What does it mean:
• You can't bring a mobile banner and plug it into an outlet. Only after the approval of the technical department.
• You cannot bring your showcases from a construction identical to the equipment of «Artcapital»: showcases, tables, chairs, etc.
• Your equipment must be DIFFERENT from the equipment of «Artcapital».
• Your display rack must be unique and designed specifically for your exhibits.

The application for extension is submitted to the office (stand) of the organizers Skrepka Expo of the exhibition before 17.00 of each installation day.
The cost of extending the installation is determined by the rates of the «TIMIRYAZEV CENTER».
If the EXHIBITOR exceeds the time of use of the Exhibition Area above the time specified in the point 1.2 of the agreement for participation in the exhibition and there is no Application for Overtime use of the Exhibition Area, the exhibitor or the developer of the exhibition area is obliged to pay for the excess of the time of use all of the exhibition area of the stand in the exhibition hall in accordance with the rules and the tariffs established by «TIMIRYAZEV CENTER».

The development and interaction with the management of Skrepka Expo
Here you will find the main questions about the standard design and the procedure for installation.
- Design features
- The total height of the stand is 2.5 meters
- 310 Table (included in any standard stand).
- 381 inclined wall shelves are not installed in the corner of the stand due to fasteners.
- 380 straight wall shelves are installed in the corner of the stand, but only in overlap
- For the Information counter rounded (708,318,319) plan a bar stool 306
- You can increase the height of the stand. See the size chart
- Hooks to the 375 wall lattices and economy panels are available on request in the required quantity. Specify the quantity in the filling application.
1 - Pasting features
- 1. Designs for pasting are accepted only in TIFF format
2. If the width of the full-color pasting is more than 1 meter, then it will be beaten by the docking panels of your stand. Think over the design.
3. You can paste over only the visible surface of the stand. It's more economical this way.
4. The width of the frieze for pasting is 0.3 m.
5. Sometimes it is cheaper to make a full-color sticker than a logo. Check with the management of Skrepka Expo.
2 - 1. Designs for pasting are accepted only in TIFF format
- Stretching Banner
- 1. Instead of pasting, you can use stretching banner
2. It is placed on top of wall panels and helps to hide the joints of them
3. How to do that: chipboard parts are attached to the edges of the stand, a banner cloth is attached to them with an industrial stapler, the joints are closed with a plastic corner.
4. You can print the banner by yourself in the size you need (size + 5 cm at the edges), and it will be mounted on the stand for you. You order only the parts and installation
3 - 1. Instead of pasting, you can use stretching banner
- Keys to doors and showcases
- All keys to doors and showcases are issued at the stand of Skrepka Expo (If the project of your stand provides for it).
2. The deposit for each key is 1000 rubles. Provide it in advance!
3. The deposit is refunded upon delivery of the keys, after the end of the exhibition, from 17-00 to 20-00 of the last working day.

- Important Points of the installation
- 1. Furniture is delivered to the stands on the 3rd day of installation after 13.00
2. Showcases and glasses are wiped on the 3rd day of installation after 15:00
3. The film is removed from the carpet on the 3rd day of installation after 16:00
4. The light bulbs on the stands change within an hour after contacting us (the stand of Skrepka Expo)
5 - 1. Furniture is delivered to the stands on the 3rd day of installation after 13.00
- Interaction with the management of Skrepka Expo
- 1. After exchanging the documents, you go to your stand
2. Check the building according to the "Building Control" file sent to you for confirmation before invoicing
3. If there are errors in the construction, contact us at the stand of Skrepka Expo
4. All defects are eliminated during the working day from 10:00 to 18:00
5. The order of additional equipment is possible in the stand of Skrepka Expo. The equipment is provided (if available) at the double price of the price list. Provide all the equipment in advance
